February 1, 2025 - Registration OPENS
March 31, 2025 - Deadline for T-shirt Contest Submissions at 12:00 PM
April 18, 2025 - Last Day to order a T-shirt at 11:59 PM
May 11, 2025 - Online Registration ENDS at 11:59 PM
May 15, 2025 - Race Kit pick up at Fresh Air 4:30 - 7:00 PM
May 18, 2025 - Race Kit pick up Columbus Center 4:30 - 7:00 PM
May 18, 2025 SPAGHETTI DINNER
- Take-Out Pasta 4:30 - 5:30 PM at Columbus Center
- Only 100 take-out pasta dinners will be available on a first come, first served basis.
- Dine-in Pasta Dinner 5:00 - 6:30 PM at Columbus Center
May 19, 2025 RACE DAY!
- 9:00 AM Individual Runners start
- 9:10 AM Relay Teams start
- 12:00 PM Awards Presentation & Door Prizes at Columbus Center
Fresh Air is located at 710 Balmoral Street
Columbus Center is located at 301 S. May Street
Important Information:
- The Pasta Dinner at the Columbus Center is FREE for registered Individual Runners. Your tickets will be attached to your bib. Pasta Dinner tickets can purchased for Guests and Relay Runners at a cost of $15.00 each. These tickets will be available at the door on May 18, 2025 during the scheduled dinner.
- Take-Out Pasta 4:30 - 5:30 PM. There are only 100 take-out dinners available on a first come, first served basis.
- Dine-in Pasta Dinner 5:00 - 6:30 PM
- In-Person registration for those who missed the online registration will be available during Kit Pick Up on May 15, 2025 at 4:30 - 7:00 PM at Fresh Air and May 18, 2025 4:30 - 7:00 PM at Columbus Center. The late entry fee is $100.00.
- If you are unable to pick up your race kit during the designated dates & times above, you may assign someone to do it for you. These are the ONLY times you will be able to pick up your race kit.
- Bring the tear-off portion of your race bib to the awards presentation to enter into the door prize draws.
* THERE WILL BE NO REGISTRATION OR KIT PICK UP ON RACE DAY *
