Schedule of Events ~ 2025 Race


Registration:

  • Registration Cut off for shirts ~ at 11:59 PM on April 21st
  • Early Bird Pricing ends April 21st
  • Registration Cut off ~ at 11:59 PM on May 11th
  • Registration after May 15th can only be done at kit pickup on May 16th and 19th 

 

Kit Pickup:

  • May 16th at Fresh Air from 5 to 7 pm
  • May 19th at Columbus Centre from 4:30 to 7 pm

 

These are the only opportunities for kit pickup ~ if you're unable to pickup your own kit anyone you assign may do so

Kits will not be available to pickup on Race Day

 

Pasta Dinner:

Pasta dinner will be held at the Columbus Centre on May 18th from 5 to 7 pm

  • Pasta dinner is free for individual runners ~ your tickets will be attached to your bib.
  • Costs are $15.00 each for relay runners and guests of runners.


Race Day!

Monday May 19th

  • 9:00 am start for individual runners
  • 9:10 am start for relay teams

 

Awards presentation will be held at the Columbus Centre ~ start time 12 noon
[bring the tear-off from your race bib to the awards ceremony to qualify for draw prizes]

Columbus Centre is located @ 301 South May Street, at the corner of Arthur and May Streets
Fresh Air is located @ 710 Balmoral Street
